At Pradeep Group, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible item(s) within 7 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Return Eligibility Criteria:

  1. The item(s) must be in unused and undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  2. Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
  3. Items purchased during special promotions or sales may have different return conditions; please refer to the specific terms of the promotion.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return procedure, including packaging instructions and return shipping address.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange as per our policy.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after the return is processed.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled and refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
